Group Training

Group training allows you to join all strength, conditioning, recovery, and flexibility classes. The majority of the classes are based around strength and training for a healthier and more attractive physique. Our goal is to teach every member as much as possible to understand how to train properly and effectively. This means training to improve performance in any way possible as well as training to preserve longevity. Learn how to train around problems while fixing mechanics with training that can be modified for your needs. Each class you will be coached by one of our very own. Class limits are from 8-10 people

Private Training

One on one training with a personal trainer will optimize results by assuring a trainer specifically dedicated to you. can appreciate the details of your exercise forms, techniques, as well as oversee your programming to ensure it is properly customized to your needs and goals. This is your best option if you want the most thorough attention and planning to reach your goals as quickly as possible.

Martial Arts/Self Defense

With martial arts you can learn discipline, respect, control, and focus. There is no limitation to the skills you may acquire from martial arts training. Whether you are interested in self defense or training for sport we can help you grow and become who you were meant to be. Get to know yourself in your true form with the self control you can learn with your martial arts training.

We offer multiple disciplines that are taught by practicing athletes. Our instructors compete in sport and have effectively used self defense training to avoid or nullify unnecessary confrontation. We teach respect and honor. We do not use force unless it is to protect and defend ourselves as well as others from harm.

Online Training

Online coaching can be a great experience for people that are interested in being members at Boom! Athletics or working with our coaches, but aren’t local enough to make it in on a regular basis.

Our online coaches will guide you through your fitness needs and make an outline to steer you to the path of success. We will make a program to determine what you will have to do to reach your goals. We will consult you through the process of growth and help you with your nutrition including calorie goals and macro goals.

We will make sure you have access to us so this can be a carefully planned process giving you confidence you have the right guidance and support along the path leading to your improved self.
