After a 7 month season of hockey, I was looking for off ice training for my 10 year old son. After looking at every program around the area. I came to Sean and explain to him what I wanted for my son. Getting my son quicker, faster, stronger. After speaking to Sean it was obvious that he knew what he was talking about. I watch Sean closely (haha) how he talks to the kids, and makes them feel great. Sean expains to the kids why the exercise they are doing is important to there sports and how it’s going to make them better athlete. My son looks forward to working out with Sean.
